Bonnie Gull Seafood Shack is a clarion call to British Seafood; a nostalgic journey to the seaside holidays of our youth; a showcase of the best produce from British shores; a seaside restaurant in the city…
Alex Hunter and Danny Clancy loved eating fresh British seafood but found that most London restaurants that served it were a little "stuffy". Inspired by the simple, unassuming restaurants of British coastal towns they started their own pop-up in an old Hackney pie'n'mash shop to serve the best of British seafood in the most humble of surroundings. A year later they found themselves a permanent site in Fitzrovia and quickly established Bonnie Gull Seafood Shack as one of London's favourite little restaurants.
Bottega Gold is part of the Bottega portfolio of wines and spirits. We are a family-owned business based in the heart of the Prosecco region near Conegliano.
Bottega’s iconic and innovative metallic packaging has earned us a strong global reputation for luxury products, with numerous awards across the range including a 2015 Master medal for Gold at the Drinks Business Prosecco Masters. We produce 1m 9L cases p.a. with distribution in 110 countries.
Bottega Gold is a Prosecco from Valdobbiadene, with specially selected grapes and yeasts and an unusual single fermentation from grape must to sparkling wine for maximum freshness. Back in the early 2000’s, we had a vision to create the most striking packaging we could for our most premium products, and with this in mind, Gold Prosecco was born.
The eye-catching painted Bottega bottles provide the perfect solution for a celebratory occasion, popular with Italian restaurants and other modern food-led businesses, destination hotels and spas, and premium late night venues. They also make a striking and memorable gift.
The strong point of our staff of winemakers is cooperation and teamwork. Few companies in Italy and abroad, can boast a team of experts and professionals both in
wine-making and in distillation, thus meeting the needs of a company that is a winery and a distillery at the same time.
The work of our winemakers is therefore the heartbeat of the company and is implemented in the direct management of:
- The distillery in Bibano di Godega, dedicated to the production of grappa
- The winery in Bibano di Godega, where Prosecco and other sparkling wines are produced
- The winery in Pescantina, Valpolicella , where Amarone, Recioto, Ripasso, Valpolicella Classico and Classico Superiore are produced.
- The winery in Montalcino, where we produce Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino

In May 2015, Crosstown opened it's first permanent store in the heart of Soho, pairing doughnuts with artisan coffee. Visit our flagship open seven days a week at 4 Broadwick, Soho, W1F 0DA.
CRU Kafe was founded in 2013 by three friends who wanted to get the best possible coffee out of their Nespresso® machines. Not happy with what was available on the market, we decided to make our own – and after a successful Kick Starter campaign, CRU Kafe was born.
Thanks to the success of our first blend, great support from our customers and countless nights spent licking stamps & labelling bags, we're now a 15-strong company just off Notting Hill. We're constantly investing in our product to bring you more fantastic blends, and just won't be happy until all our packaging – from box to bag to pod – is fully biodegradable.
TASTE MATTERS – that's why we seek out only the finest high altitude, speciality beans; meaning you're getting yourself some of the best coffee the world has to offer. We carefully blend our beans before roasting and grinding them to perfection, then immediately seal the coffee in our capsules to capture their flavour and freshness.
ETHICS MATTER – that's why we only ever buy organic; and that means no nasty chemicals, pesticides or aggressive farming practices. The best beans come from the best farms – and all our growers work hard to reinvest in the community and environment around them. It costs us more, but we think the taste, and the knowledge that the people and the land it was picked from have been cared for properly, is more than worth it.
EVIRONMENT MATTERS – and responsibility doesn't just lie with individuals; it's up to businesses to stand up and do the right thing. That's why we're committed to creating an ethically sustainable business, and are constantly investing in our packaging and pods to make sure we leave the smallest footprint possible on the planet.

Basque cuisine is a unique fusion of the best of Northern Spain and French cuisine, with Donostia (the Basque name for San Sebastian) recently being voted the top destination for British food-lovers.
Located in the heart of the Capital's old spirits industry, East London Liquor Company is an independent British distillery producing exceptional and innovative spirits. Originally a glue factory in Bow Wharf, East London Liquor Company found its home in the disused industrial space and repurposed the venue to create a custom-built distillery that produces and imports a range of spirits. The offering includes gins, vodka, rum and whisky; reviving and refreshing spirit production using traditional techniques to the historic distilling area.
East London Liquor Company is a distillery producing and importing a range of quality handcrafted spirits including gin, vodka, rum and whisky.
Bringing spirits production back to London's East End after more than a century, we are reinstating an industry back to its roots. Located in one of Bow's most well known historical sites, the old glue factory in Bow Wharf, we are always open for a visit.
Our signature London Dry gin is distilled using the finest 100% British wheat spirit infused with lemon & grapefruit peel, coriander, angelica root, juniper berries, cubeb berries, and cardamon.
The botanicals are of the highest quality and are discerningly sourced from across the world. Our state of the art copper pot still was custom designed and hand built in Germany by Arnold Holstein.
They have been using the same traditional metalworking techniques for generations.
The finest Demerara rum made using molasses produced from 100% Demerara sugar, grown on the banks of the Demerara river in Guyana. This contributes a fruity, rich sweetness to the rum. The spirit is micro-distilled in a two-column wooden Coffey still, the world's only surviving wooden column still. This unique process gives it a complex and woody flavour. It is then aged in ex-bourbon casks for at least 3 years, which adds spicy vanilla notes.
Our small batch grain vodka is produced using 100% British wheat spirit which is distilled in our state of the art copper pot still, custom designed and hand built by Arnold Holstein in Germany following the traditional metalworking techniques that the family has been using for generations. The spirit passes from the still though a six bubble-plate rectification column and a top mounted dephlegmator to ensure any impurities are removed to achieve an impeccably smooth and satisfying taste.
What if some of the best steak in London could be found on the street and at a reasonable price? That was the inspiration behind The Beefsteaks. I wanted to democratise the idea of an exclusive old London steak club or high end restaurant without compromising on quality. So I only use the best grass fed, native breed, dry aged British beef cooked over English lump wood charcoal. Since starting the business I've branched out into private catering and enjoy creating new dishes using sustainably sourced, seasonal British ingredients.
IN THEIR OWN WORDS - What if some of the best steak in London could be found on the street and at a reasonable price? That was the inspiration behind The Beefsteaks. I wanted to democratise the idea of an exclusive old London steak club or high end restaurant without compromising on quality. So I only use the best grass fed, native breed, dry aged British beef cooked over sustainably sourced English lump wood charcoal. Butcher's steak, AKA onglet or hanger steak, is my favourite underused cut and is so called because historically it was prized by butchers for it's intense flavour and often never made it as far as the counter. All my sauces are made fresh on the day and the potatoes for my hand cut, triple cooked chips have never been anywhere near a freezer.
WHY THE KERB LIFE - I love food and for the past few years some of the most exciting food in London has been on the street, and KERB has always been at the forefront of that. That's why I started working with various KERB traders. That's how I came to love the community of both traders and customers. Working outside, cooking (and eating) food for a living, giving the people what they want... What could be better?
WHY IS MATCHA SO GOOD? - Matcha is simply pure, high-grade green tea leaves that have been picked and ground into a fine powder. This powder is blended straight into our drinks to give you all the nutritional benefits in a highly concentrated form.
L-THEANINE - L-theanine is a unique amino acid that stimulates alpha waves in the brain commonly associated with producing a calm, relaxed and settled mind. L-theanine is found almost exclusively in tea but Matcha contains the highest levels.
The Zetter Townhouse cocktail lounges, in Clerkenwell and Marylebone (Seymour's Parlour), are an exciting collaboration between The Zetter Group and pioneering drinks creator Tony Conigliaro. The Zetter Townhouse Marylebone - This 24-bedroom Georgian townhouse and cocktail lounge enjoys an enviable location on Seymour Street, in London's Marylebone. The Zetter Townhouse, Clerkenwell - Located just across the cobbles of St John's Square from The Zetter Hotel, The Zetter Townhouse, Clerkenwell is an ward-winning 13-bedroom Georgian townhouse with a cocktail lounge.
